Hello my fellow Supercharged friends...
I know it has been some time since I have launched a thread on this board. Rest assured that as my projects, which I have been working dilligently on in the last few months, come close to completion, you WILL see many more updates.
Since I consider those who frequent this board my friends (not to mention that many of you are my customers as well), I wanted you all to see some photos that I took tonight of the Chrome-Moly roll cage install in the Aurora Project.
Now, all I need is a guy named ZIP to E-mail me so he can help with this...

Believe it or not...
The entire cage is made of a special Chrome-Moly steel... which weighs about 40% LESS than a conventional mild-steel cage.
Everything that you see so far weighs LESS than 100 pounds.
Once the door bars are in (which will be an "X" design like the back), and the lower windshield/dash bar is installed, the whole cage will weigh less than 150 pounds.
When shipped raw, all of the raw tubing... which includes about 6 additional pieces for the front half of the car that will not be used at this time... weighed only 190 pounds.
